Our checklist

Some things we need to know, especially when traveling abroad:

• What position and project scope/responsibilities
• When and where
• What kind of equipment are we working with
• How long wil the project last, working hours, and is it rotation based
• Travel arrangements
• Accommodation and daily travel to and from site arranged
• What you need from me to able to start (documents, visa, certificates, vaccinations & insurance)
• What I need from you to enter or travel to site
• Contact on site and during travel/ acces internet
• Allowances for work, travel, standby, or cancellation have been agreed upon.
• Contact info of one of the project team members to obtain relevant documents or information prior to departure.

Ready to travel by any of these means of transport.
